This Privacy Notice explains how We, PT Solusi Infotect Semesta Indonesia, through our
PesantrenQu Application product and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "PesantrenQu" or "We"),
obtain, collect, store, control, use, process, analyze, improve, update, display, announce, transfer,
disclose, and protect Your Personal Data ("Process Personal Data" or perform "Personal Data Processing").
This Privacy Notice applies to all Users of our mobile applications (including the PesantrenQu application,
PesantrenQu MPOS or Whitelable Partner), websites (including https://pesantrenqu.id and its derivative sites), features, services,
and products (collectively referred to as the "Application"), unless otherwise stated in a separate privacy

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
“Personal Data” means data that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person or device
to which the data relates. Personal Data includes, but is not limited to, name, address, date of birth,
occupation, telephone number, email address, bank account, gender, identification (including passport or
national identity document) or other government-issued identification, photo, nationality, phone
numbers of Users and non-Users in your mobile phone contact list, health data, financial-related data,
biometric data (including but not limited to fingerprint recognition and facial recognition), and other data
included as Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. For the avoidance of doubt,
applicable laws and regulations means all applicable laws, bylaws, regulations, rules, regulatory policies,
protocols, industry codes, road traffic codes, regulatory permits or requirements of any court, authorizing,
regulatory, judicial, administrative or regulatory authority or body, in effect from time to time during the
term of this Privacy Notice (“Applicable Laws and Regulations”).
In addition, other data, including personal profiles, and/or unique identifiers, are associated or combined
with Personal Data, then they are also Personal Data. The type of Personal Data We collect depends on the
circumstances of collection and the nature of the service requested or transaction performed. To the extent
permitted by Applicable Laws and Regulations, We may process, collect, use, store and transfer different
types of Personal Data, consisting of general and specific/sensitive Personal Data, about You which We have
categorized as follows:
- Identity Data includes name(s), user name(s), password(s), identity
card(s), taxpayer identification number(s), user identity or other identifiers, job title, date of
birth, gender, place of birth, occupation, nationality, photo and/or biometric data.
- Contact Data including billing address(es), shipping address(es) and
labels, email address(es), phone numbers and contact lists.
- Transaction Data includes remittances to children, transactions at mpos
merchants or transactions at marketplaces and transactions at other services related to PesantrenQu.
- Payment Data includes details of payments or transfers made by Users on
Our Application, including but not limited to data relating to usage, payment, recipient details
(including their account details), payment method used, amount paid, billing details, and invoice
details.
- Device Data includes device data, including the type of device You use to
access the Application, including hardware model, operating system and version, software, IMEI number,
file name and version, language selection, unique device identifier, advertising identifier, serial
number, device movement information, and/or mobile network information.
- Technical Data includes details about Your use of Our Application such as
identification generated by the Application (user id) internet protocol (IP) address and other device
information including information regarding the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device
You use to access the Application and crash logs.
- Log Data includes records on servers that receive data such as device IP
address, date and time of access, application features or pages viewed, application work processes and
other system activities, browser type, and/or third party sites or services that the User used before
interacting with the Application.
- Location Data includes your real-time geographic location data, longitude
latitude location coordinates, and Wi-Fi location.

The Personal Data that We collect may be provided by You directly or by third parties (for example: when You
register or use the Application, when You contact Our customer service, or otherwise when You provide
Personal Data to Us). We may collect data in various forms and purposes (including purposes permitted under
Applicable Laws and Regulations). We collect your data directly when you interact with us, including through
applications, mail or transactions. This includes information you provide during registration, payment,
using app features or contacting us. When you use the App, we collect data to improve your experience and
provide optimized services. The data collected includes:
- Technical and Location Data: Each time you access the App, we track and
collect your geographic location data in real-time to improve the functionality of the App (e.g.,
tracking couriers). You can disable location tracking on your device, but this may affect some features
of the app.
- Payment-Related Data: When you use electronic payment options (e-wallets)
on the App, we collect Financial, Profile and Payment Data associated with those transactions.
- Cookies: We use cookies, small files stored on your device, to track user
activity and improve the user interface and experience. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse
or delete cookies, but this may affect the functionality of the Application.

deactivating or managing your account on the PesantrenQu App.
- Identity Verification: Facilitating the necessary verification process,
including KYC (Know Your Customer), to provide services.

on the PesantrenQu App.
- Processing Transactions: Processing your orders and payment transactions,
including transactions using e-wallets and accounts available on the Application.

- Communicating with You: Sending you information related to the use of the Application.
- Providing Updates: Informing you about App updates and service changes.

- Develop and Improve the Application: Maintain, develop, test, improve and personalize the App to suit your needs and preferences.
- Account Personalization: Enable account personalization features, such as Shopping Cart, Wishlist and Favorite Stores.

- Understanding User Behavior: Monitoring and analyzing user activity, behavior and demographic data, including habits and usage of various services on the App.

PesantrenQu's Commitment to Child Privacy and the Student Card Feature, PesantrenQu is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all its users, especially children. We offer a Student Card service designed to provide convenience and benefits for children and parents within the educational environment. Here's a clear explanation of how we safeguard children's privacy:
Information We Collect:
- Parent/Guardian Account Information: To activate the Student Card and ensure parents maintain full control, we require a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") to create a PesantrenQu account. During account creation, the Parent will be asked to provide certain personal information as fully detailed in our main Privacy Policy.
- Child Information: Children's safety and privacy are our utmost priority. Therefore, we only collect the minimal information about the Child necessary to issue the Student Card, such as name, school data, and school identification number (NIS). This information is linked to the Parent's account and will never be shared with third parties without the Parent's explicit consent.
Full Parental Control:
- Easy Account Access and Settings: Parents have complete control over their Child's information related to the Student Card through their PesantrenQu account. The app enables Parents to easily view transaction history, check account balances, and modify Student Card settings at any time.
- Customizable Spending Limits: PesantrenQu gives Parents the flexibility to set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on the Student Card, or restrict certain transaction types, ensuring security and control over the Child's spending.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, service updates, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any material changes through our official channels, such as by email or in-app notifications.
